I recently had the opportunity to reimagine and simplify the Admissions Packet for Wake Tech, transforming it into a sleek and cohesive pocket folder with a saddle-stitched booklet inside. This packet is designed to guide prospective students through the application process while showcasing what Wake Tech has to offer. It provides helpful information and resources in a streamlined and organized way, ensuring that students feel supported and confident as they take their first steps toward joining the Wake Tech community.

Before the rebranding, the admissions folder was filled with loose-leaf papers created by various departments across the college. While these papers contained valuable information, they lacked consistent branding and often felt chaotic and overwhelming to students. Important documents could easily get lost or shuffled out of order, diminishing the effectiveness of the packet. Recognizing the need for a refresh, I worked to redesign the folder, giving it a modern look and consolidating the content into a single, well-structured booklet. This approach not only ensures a professional and polished presentation but also makes the information more accessible and less intimidating for students. The new Admissions Packet reflects Wake Tech’s commitment to student success and creates a welcoming first impression for prospective students.
